Community Sessions provide flexible, non-program-specific somatic access through All The Way Up (ATWU), using the soma as an Observation Surface through which Load (L), Capacity (C), and Boundary (B) may be explored through direct experience.
Access is organized through two distinct pathways:
Referred / Invited Individual Community Sessions — private individual somatic sessions available by professional referral or personal invitation only.
Small-Group & Community Sessions — private small-group sessions, community small-group sessions, and community workshops.
Private individual somatic sessions are not open for general public booking. Access is limited to individuals who have been personally invited to work with Cara or referred by an appropriate professional.
Sessions provide one-on-one somatic access through All The Way Up (ATWU) and are grounded in the Somatic Rising Model™ and Applied Structural Literacy™, using the soma as an Observation Surface through which Load (L), Capacity (C), and Boundary (B) may be explored and recognized through direct experience.
If you have been professionally referred or personally invited, use the Referred / Invited Individual Community Session Inquiry pathway below.
Small-group and community sessions include private small-group sessions, community small-group sessions, and community workshops.
These sessions provide flexible somatic and Applied Structural Literacy™ access through group and community formats, using the soma as an Observation Surface for exploring Load (L), Capacity (C), and Boundary (B).
For private small-group, community small-group, or workshop inquiries, use the Community / Small-Group Inquiry pathway below.
Community Sessions participation/access provides access to the applicable All The Way Up (ATWU) offering only.
Organizations, institutions, educators, facilitators, or other qualified parties interested in licensing, institutional use, independent teaching or delivery, adaptation, implementation, or other governed use should contact the Somatic Rising Institute (SRI).
Participation in or purchase of an ATWU offering does not confer authority to reproduce, independently teach, adapt, certify, implement, or otherwise exercise governed use of Community Sessions or the underlying Structural Stability Science (SSS) architecture.
Professional Access
Individual, team, and organizational access to professional briefings, publications, education, licensed professional materials, and other bounded downstream applications through All The Way Up (ATWU).
Community Access
