Small-group experiences begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled event.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the description, location, participation information, and any event-specific instructions provided before registering.
Certain small-group experiences may include food, drinks, movement, breath practices, guided relaxation, Reiki, ear-seed acupressure, or other modalities as described in the individual event listing.
Small-group experiences offered through All The Way Up (ATWU) are non-clinical educational, somatic, movement, relaxation, wellness, and community experiences.
Participation is voluntary. Participants may decline, modify, pause, or discontinue any activity at any time and are responsible for communicating information relevant to their participation.
Yoga, stretching, movement, breath practices, grounding, and related activities involve inherent physical risks. Participants should remain within a comfortable range of movement and seek appropriate professional guidance if they are uncertain whether participation is suitable for them.
Reiki, guided relaxation, meditation, ear-seed acupressure, and related practices are offered as non-clinical wellness modalities and are not substitutes for medical or mental-health care.
Participants are responsible for communicating relevant allergies, dietary restrictions, sensitivities, physical limitations, or other circumstances applicable to the specific event.
Where food or drinks are provided, ATWU cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Alcohol is not required for participation in any ATWU small-group experience. Where an event permits BYOB, participants are responsible for their own choices and conduct.
No particular physical, psychological, medical, therapeutic, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

A parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises for the entire Somatic Explorers session.
Somatic Explorers™ is not a drop-off program. Parents and guardians are not required to participate in the children’s activities.
