It’s important to note that participation in these workshops does not confer Organizational Internal-Use rights or authorize the organization or participants to teach, train, reproduce, adapt, certify, implement, standardize, or deploy Boundary Armor™, the Somatic Rising Model™, or the underlying scientific architecture related to Human & Somatic Systems.
If an organization wishes to advance beyond facilitated education into internal adoption, standardization, recurring operationalization, decision-system incorporation, or other persistent organizational use, a separate organizational authorization or license is required.
Community Access to Boundary Armor™ is available by professional referral or direct invitation only. Sessions offer bounded experiential and educational access that focuses on understanding how Boundary (B), Load (L), Capacity (C), and related structural conditions become detectable through direct somatic experience within everyday life and interaction. The emphasis is on Applied Structural Literacy™, embodied recognition, Boundary awareness, and differentiation of structural conditions under Load, which can be explored without requiring a professional role, organizational context, or technical background. Community Workshops are designed to complement Community Access and deepen understanding of Human & Somatic Systems. It’s important to note that Community Access does not constitute psychotherapy, medical or mental-health treatment, coaching, certification, practitioner training, or professional education. The pricing for Professional Workshops is determined by the format, duration, participant population, delivery environment, and overall scope. These workshops focus on Human & Somatic Systems to enhance understanding and application.
TEAM & ORGANIZATIONAL EDUCATION
Organizational engagements in Team Education are scope-based, with pricing reflecting group size, delivery format, organizational context, duration, participant population, and specific engagement requirements, ensuring a comprehensive approach to learning.
COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS
Individual registration for Community Workshops or hosted community pricing is established based on the offerings available.
Workshop fees provide access solely to the facilitated educational experience.
Access does not include Organizational Internal-Use licensing, Licensed Execution, independent delivery rights, certification, training authority, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, or any extended downstream rights unless explicitly arranged separately.
When the intended use goes beyond the facilitated engagement—into areas such as recurring organizational adoption, internal standardization, independent delivery, operationalization, technical incorporation, or broader deployment—the applicable ATWU rights pathway is separately scoped to accommodate those needs.
Purchasing provides only the access and rights explicitly identified for the specific offering. Broader organizational, execution, technical, commercial, or scientific-governance rights are established separately where necessary.
Participation in or purchase of Boundary Armor™ provides exclusive access to the applicable All The Way Up (ATWU) offering, materials, activities, and any expressly authorized use within that offering, focusing on concepts like Boundary under Load and Human & Somatic Systems.
Participation or purchase does not confer rights to reproduce, redistribute, teach or train others, deliver, adapt, certify, institutionalize, implement, operationalize, technically deploy, commercially embed, or otherwise exercise rights beyond the authorized scope of Boundary Armor™ or the foundational principles of Structural Stability Science (SSS).
ATWU oversees downstream educational and professional delivery rights, including Licensed Execution, Organizational Internal Use, implementation, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, and additional separately scoped downstream rights associated with Boundary Armor™ and Community Workshops.
The Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) manages Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing where proposed use involves the originating scientific architecture or scientific governance authority. This includes scientific representation, Governed Projection, adaptation of originating architecture, independent teaching or training of governed scientific material, or any use necessitating scientific-governance review and authorization.
In situations where a proposed use engages both scientific governance authority and downstream organizational, execution, technical, commercial, or deployment rights, the relevant SRI and ATWU requirements will function according to their respective authority and defined scope, ensuring integrity in Professional Workshops and Team Education.
