Where a proposed use implicates the originating scientific architecture and requires Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing, the applicable Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) scientific-governance pathway governs that authority.
Access through one Vault pathway does not confer rights associated with another pathway, expand the scope of an applicable license or authorization, or confer authority to modify, redefine, or originate the underlying scientific architecture.
