Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) administers Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing where proposed use implicates originating scientific architecture or scientific-governance authority, including scientific representation, Governed Projection, adaptation of originating architecture, independent teaching or training of governed scientific material, or other use requiring scientific-governance review and authorization.
Where a proposed use implicates both scientific-governance authority and downstream organizational, execution, technical, commercial, or deployment rights, the applicable SRI and ATWU requirements operate according to their respective authority and scope.
