Additional rights come into play when the intended use extends beyond the scope of Professional Reference and transitions into a broader category of organizational use, such as technical deployment or commercial/embedded deployment.
For initiatives classified under Organizational Internal Use, Licensed Execution, Technical Deployment, or Commercial/Embedded Deployment, please provide a detailed description of the proposed activity to determine the applicable rights and scope classification.
Organizational Internal Use (OIU) authorizes bounded internal adoption and use within the scope established by the applicable license, allowing for professional education initiatives that support structural stability science.

Broader deployment rights are established based on the proposed use and do not automatically arise from Organizational Internal Use licensing.
Technical Deployment provides separately scoped rights for approved technical incorporation, integration, automation, or deployment of specified authorized ATWU architecture, applications, instruments, or resources within defined technical environments, particularly relevant in the realm of professional education and structural stability science.
Approved Technical Deployment may include use within:
- software;
- models;
- APIs;
- automated workflows;
- systems;
- platforms;
- technical infrastructure; and
- other defined deployment environments.
