PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION / CLE

Professional Education offerings through All The Way Up (ATWU), including courses, workshops, seminars, continuing professional education, facilitated learning experiences, professional training sessions, and other educational formats, provide bounded educational access to the specific offering and materials made available within that offering.

Professional Education may provide educational access to established ATWU professional series and publications, including the Integrity Under Load™ series and related monographs, domain-specific editions, professional materials, and other authorized downstream applications of Structural Stability Science (SSS).

Registration, participation, attendance, or purchase provides access only to the specific Professional Education offering and associated materials purchased or otherwise authorized. Access to a Professional Education offering does not independently confer rights to any related monograph, publication, Projection Domain Edition, technical resource, execution instrument, organizational-use pathway, governed projection, or other separately licensed product or application.

Professional Education offerings are provided for professional learning, structural literacy, bounded educational use, and profession- or domain-specific engagement with established SSS applications. They do not constitute legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or other regulated professional advice. They do not constitute organizational assessment, audit, certification, technical deployment, governed projection, or authorization to independently apply or deploy Structural Stability Science (SSS).

Participation in Professional Education does not confer authorization to independently teach, train others in, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, certify, implement, license, commercialize, embed, or otherwise exercise rights beyond the authorized educational use of the offering, its materials, associated applications, or underlying SSS architecture.

Where a Professional Education offering forms part of a broader professional series, publication, or application pathway, participation provides access only to the educational offering itself. It does not automatically confer rights associated with other expressions of that series, including professional monographs, Projection Domain Editions, Multi-Seat Professional Reference, Organizational Internal Use, licensed execution instruments, governed deployment, or Commercial / Embedded Deployment.

Completion of a Professional Education offering does not itself establish certification, credentialing, practitioner status, instructor status, implementation authority, deployment authority, or other governed-use authority unless such status is expressly conferred through a separately identified and authorized pathway.

Professional Education may be delivered to individuals, teams, professional groups, organizations, institutions, or other approved audiences. Expanded participation or organizational attendance does not itself convert educational access into Organizational Internal-Use rights, institutional implementation authority, or authorization to incorporate the relevant materials or SSS-based applications into organizational systems, processes, governance structures, training environments, or operating architecture.

Any organizational adoption, independent teaching or training, implementation, licensed execution, governed projection, technical deployment, commercial or embedded deployment, or other use beyond the scope of the applicable Professional Education offering requires the corresponding ATWU licensing pathway and/or SRI Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing, as applicable.

For profession-specific continuing education, including Continuing Legal Education (CLE), the applicable program may also carry separate jurisdictional, credit, attendance, or professional-education conditions. Those conditions govern the educational offering and do not expand the underlying intellectual-property, scientific-governance, implementation, or deployment rights associated with participation.
