DOWNSTREAM OPERATIONAL PROTOCOLS
AUTHORIZED USE & OPERATIONALIZATION
Downstream Operational Protocols translate established Structural Stability Science (SSS), Dimensional Human Field Theory (DHFT), and Structural Identification Method (SIM) architecture into bounded structures for authorized downstream operational use.
They do not establish independent scientific mechanics, separate originating frameworks, or independent source authority.

The scientific source records establishing the Downstream Operational Protocols are publicly available through the Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) Open Science pathway.

Open Science access supports reading, research, citation, scholarly review, source navigation, and examination of the published protocol records and their scientific dependencies.
Open Science access does not authorize operationalization.
Public availability does not itself confer Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing, Organizational Internal Use, Licensed Execution, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, independent teaching or training rights, adaptation rights, certification authority, or other separately governed or licensed rights.
Where a published protocol is to be operationalized, incorporated into recurring practice, adopted organizationally, technically implemented, automated, embedded, adapted, independently taught or trained, or otherwise used beyond ordinary Open Science access, the applicable ATWU and/or SRI pathway applies according to the proposed use and authority implicated.

PATHWAYS
Downstream Operational Protocols may support defined forms of interaction routing, Boundary preservation, engagement and non-engagement decisions, application control, interpretation boundaries, and other operational functions within authorized downstream environments.
Downstream Operational Protocols are a cross-domain operational object class.
They may be operationalized, where authorized, across Human & Somatic Systems, community and educational settings, professional practice, organizational environments, governance and compliance systems, technical environments, machine-mediated systems, and other defined downstream contexts.
The applicable pathway depends on the protocol, use environment, function, scale, scope, and rights or authority implicated.
PUBLICATION IS NOT OPERATIONALIZATION
A publicly accessible protocol record may be read, researched, cited, and reviewed.
Public availability does not itself authorize an individual or organization to operationalize, institutionalize, automate, technically implement, commercially embed, independently teach or train, adapt, or otherwise deploy the protocol.
Operational use is governed by the applicable downstream rights and, where scientific-governance authority is implicated, the applicable SRI pathway.
HUMAN, SOMATIC, EDUCATIONAL & COMMUNITY USE
Certain authorized protocols may be used within bounded Human & Somatic Systems, educational, community, facilitated, or client-facing application environments.
The presence of a protocol within such an environment does not convert it into a clinical treatment, independent scientific framework, or unrestricted teaching or implementation right.
Use remains bounded by the authorized offering, protocol, environment, and scope.
PROFESSIONAL & ORGANIZATIONAL USE
Authorized protocols may be used within bounded professional practice according to the applicable offering, protocol, and scope.
Where a protocol becomes a recurring internal organizational structure, operating process, governance mechanism, training structure, decision pathway, or persistent institutional capability, the applicable Organizational Internal-Use pathway applies according to scope.
Bounded individual or professional use does not itself constitute Organizational Internal Use.
LICENSED EXECUTION
Where a protocol is offered as a separately licensed execution instrument, use is limited to the Licensed Scope expressly established for that instrument.
Licensed Execution does not independently confer Organizational Internal Use, Technical Deployment, or Commercial / Embedded Deployment rights.
Not every Downstream Operational Protocol is a Licensed Execution instrument.
TECHNICAL DEPLOYMENT
Where an authorized protocol is incorporated into software, models, AI systems, APIs, automated workflows, decision systems, technical infrastructure, or other machine-mediated environments, applicable ATWU Technical Deployment rights are separately required.
COMMERCIAL / EMBEDDED DEPLOYMENT
Where a protocol or its authorized implementation becomes external, customer-facing, distributed, embedded within a commercial offering, derivative, sublicensed, or otherwise revenue-generating, applicable Commercial / Embedded Deployment rights are separately required.
SCIENTIFIC-GOVERNANCE INTERFACE
Downstream Operational Protocols remain source-dependent, but operational use does not automatically constitute Scientific Governed Use.
Where proposed protocol use requires scientific-governance authority concerning originating SSS architecture, the applicable Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing pathway operates separately according to scope.
ATWU operational and deployment rights do not confer scientific source authority.
SRI scientific-governance authorization does not confer ATWU operational, organizational, execution, technical, or commercial rights.

Proposed operational use of a Downstream Operational Protocol is reviewed according to the protocol, use environment, function, scope, and rights or authority involved.
Depending on the proposed use, the applicable pathway may require:

Professional & Technical Deployment
Advanced ATWU pathways for professional and organizational users seeking technical architecture products, Licensed Execution, Organizational Internal Use, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, or advanced Founder-led structural engagement.
Where a proposed downstream use also requires Governed Projection or other scientific-governance authority, the applicable Somatic Rising Institute (SRI) pathway operates separately according to its authority and scope.

LICENSING & AUTHORIZATION BOUNDARY
ATWU commercial and deployment licensing governs applicable rights concerning authorized downstream publications, educational materials, Licensed Execution, Organizational Internal Use, Technical Deployment, Commercial / Embedded Deployment, and other downstream commercial objects and pathways.
SRI Scientific Governed-Use Authorization & Licensing applies where a proposed use requires scientific-governance authority concerning the originating scientific architecture, including Governed Projection, governed methodological use, adaptation of originating scientific architecture, independent teaching or training of governed scientific material, scientific representation, certification-related scientific use, or other source-governed activity requiring explicit scientific authorization.
Where a proposed use implicates both authority classes, the applicable ATWU and SRI requirements operate according to their respective authority and scope.
