INITIAL LICENSE ACTIVATION

The first-year Annual Execution License includes a 60-minute private activation briefing with Cara Tonucci, Scientific Founder and originating source authority for Structural Stability Science (SSS).

The activation briefing provides direct source-level orientation to the Ledger’s execution architecture, admissibility conditions, use boundaries, and positioning within the licensed environment.

The briefing is part of initial license activation. It does not constitute consulting, implementation, audit, certification, or an ongoing advisory relationship.

Additional direct engagements with the Scientific Founder are separately available through the applicable professional access pathway.

NEGOTIATED | SCOPE-BASED LICENSING

Commercial & Embedded Deployment provides separately licensed rights for approved use of Structural Stability Science (SSS) architecture, Applied Structural Literacy™ materials, or licensed deployment resources outside an authorized internal organizational boundary.

This pathway applies where SSS-derived architecture or materials will be incorporated into client-facing services, software or technology systems, commercial training, products, platforms, licensed offerings, derivative commercial applications, or other revenue-generating deployments.

Commercial authorization is defined according to the proposed use, deployment environment, distribution model, user or client population, degree of integration, derivative rights requested, and economic scope of the deployment.

Commercial & Embedded Deployment rights are not conferred by purchase of a publication, professional reference license, Organizational Internal-Use license, technical deployment resource, execution instrument, or founder engagement.
