Multi-Seat Professional Reference expands licensed readership only.
It permits a defined population of authorized readers within one organization to access and use the applicable monograph for individual professional reference.
Organizational purchase and administration of a Multi-Seat license does not authorize the organization to adopt, standardize, institutionalize, incorporate, teach, train from, or operationalize the monograph or its underlying architecture as an organizational practice, process, governance structure, decision system, operating requirement, or recurring internal capability.
Reader population and use classification are separate dimensions.
A larger licensed-reader population does not convert Professional Reference into Organizational Internal Use. Conversely, a smaller reader population may constitute Organizational Internal Use where the monograph or its architecture is adopted or operationalized as part of the organization’s internal functioning.
Where intended use moves from shared Professional Reference into organizational adoption or operational use, the applicable Organizational Internal-Use pathway is separately required.
